The identity as a starting point
The original MICA project brought a speculative Mediterranean cocktail brand into focus through its wordmark, Europa-and-the-bull emblem, illustrated labels and packaging. Two variants—limoncello and rose, and araq, anise and mulberry—share the identity while using different botanical and landscape imagery.
The supplied wordmark remains the visual anchor. The course references name Bumerang Display Serif and Antonia Variable; the 2026 presentation retains the supplied lettering.

Circular lines, land and trees
In 2026, the identity was expanded through visualizations and a fuller narrative setting. The illustrated terrain on the bottles becomes an imagined Mediterranean landscape of terraces, orchards, paths and tree masses.
Orbit gathers the emblem, Crossing stretches the circle into a route, and Canopy follows the irregular rhythm of tree crowns. These studies extend the lines into layouts and motion while the bottle and can artwork remain fixed.
Europa and the bull
The mythological emblem becomes a narrative illustration: Europa and the bull move through waves and a tree-lined shore, with circular strokes forming routes through the image. This contemporary interpretation connects the mythology to the imagined landscape.

Colour, material and a proposed object
The burgundy identity is carried into blush, limestone, wood and warm brass. The new presentation uses these colours and textures as a visual palette; the material cues remain proposals.
The wooden presentation box develops the original gift-box concept through directional grain, botanical inlay, brass fittings and a fitted burgundy interior. Its lid carries the Europa-and-the-bull seal. The 2026 rendering explores this proposed design.

At the table
The hospitality setting carries the identity into menus, coasters, linen and glassware. Warm directional light brings out the differences between glass, liquid, textured paper, wood and metal. The visualizations develop the atmosphere of the concept; the original artwork remains the source for print production.

A cocktail advertisement
Chilled cocktails, a seaside gathering and Europa riding through the surf lead to the Murray collection and its open presentation box. Piano and coastal sound carry the film.
The 20-second film opens the Media section, followed by product and identity images.
