The emblems, flags and movements that give the fictional institutions their authority.

A promise that cannot complete.
The world seal borrows the visual memory of international coordination. Its globe has buckled into a crumpled shell. One branch withers while the other becomes a loading sequence that never completes. A familiar promise of unity survives in a structure that can no longer close.
What remains of a collective institution when its members retain the symbols and withdraw the obligation?
Emblem, standard, issuing authority.
Each postnation has an animated emblem and a separate flag. The emblem expresses its governing idea; the flag presents that idea as an official standard. Their movements repeat with the quiet insistence of systems that expect to continue.
A map without promised territory.
The world atlas separates physical presence, affiliation and permission. Its administrative locations are authored schematic positions, not claims about real sovereignty. Off-world, non-territorial and withheld records deliberately have no Earth marker.
The underlying land geometry is public-domain Natural Earth map data. The institutional networks and access classifications belong to the fiction.
