A clearer way into
an artist’s practice.

Organizing the website around the art, the studio and the people visiting.

Alex refined the existing site’s navigation and homepage hierarchy. Four main routes made the different parts of Trisha’s practice more explicit, while a new artist introduction gave visitors context before exploring further.

Simplify the route home

The separate Home item was removed. The site title continues to link to the homepage.

A further direction, explored on paper.

This mockup was a strategy proposal. It was never built as the final website design. It explores a fuller visual and editorial direction beyond the implemented refinements above.

  2. 02

    Artist introduction

What remained a proposal

The blue visual composition was never the final site. The proposed Press & Updates feed is absent from the preserved November 2023 and January 2024 homepages.

The written study also suggested clearer project dates, photographs of people learning, and direct purchase links from available artworks. Their adoption on interior pages is unverified.
