I led the launch and positioning of Aaqoura Renaissance, a grassroots civic-engagement campaign around the town of Aaqoura (Lebanon) advocating transparent, community-centered municipal reform. The campaign educated residents and diaspora on existing legal frameworks and governance structures while proposing clear, forward-looking alternatives. I authored the Vision Statement in consultation with funders, followed by a comprehensive Municipality Vision study. I also created the visual identity, drafted public letters, and produced/edited video materials featuring campaign representatives.
