Interwoven is an experimental video project conceived during my first year of graduate studies in Fine Arts in the United States. The work serves as a visual inquiry into collective perception, exploring how identity is shaped and understood through the lenses of culture, geography, and societal narratives in both the U.S. and Lebanon.
Through a process of reflection and documentation, I navigated the tensions between individual and collective identity, capturing these complexities in a layered visual narrative. Interwoven encourages viewers to engage critically with the dynamics of perception, fostering dialogue about the forces that construct and influence our shared understanding of identity.
